28. The Trouble With Rank

When we rank and categorise individuals, we hinder their ability to collaborate and work effectively. Recognising that rank is a human social construct, (and an unnecessary one at that), means we can choose to change the narrative. To become equal participants in achieving our organisational visions; and harness a collective intelligence far greater than any one individual alone could possess.

2. Warrior, Anoint Yourself

The warrior essence is present within all of us, and you are worthy of becoming a full fledged warrior by the simple fact that you were born. No one human is born with more worth or value than any other. We are all equal in that we all have a right to live the life we desire.
