28. The Trouble With Rank
When we rank and categorise individuals, we hinder their ability to collaborate and work effectively. Recognising that rank is a human social construct, (and an unnecessary one at that), means we can choose to change the narrative. To become equal participants in achieving our organisational visions; and harness a collective intelligence far greater than any one individual alone could possess.
