25. Comparisonitis? Remember the Ballerina

Many of us have heard that 'comparison is the thief of joy', and it is true. Comparing ourselves to others, and feeling that we are not as good, is detrimental to our wellbeing. We all have our flaws. But moreover, we need to ensure we recognise what is really worthy of our attention.

11. Progress = Wellness

Progress is important for our wellbeing. We should never stop learning and experiencing new things. To make dedicated progress towards shaping our selves and our lives, we need to make sure our goals have speed, weight and direction. Most importantly, we should never allow ourselves to become stagnant.
